CR Associates is serving as a sub-consultant to the Bayshore Bikeway Barrio Logan Segment Preliminary Engineering.
CR Associates provided planning and design services for the installation of a traffic signal at Los Angeles Street and Hornbrook Street, for the City of Baldwin Park. We performed a signalized intersection analysis, taking into account the Level of Service (LOS), quantitative operational conditions within a traffic stream, and the motorist’s and/or passengers’ perception of operations.
