Traffic Signal at Jamacha Blvd

The proposed traffic signal will provide improved access to the Spring Valley Center and enhance safety by consolidating and channelizing turning movements. The project is located on Jamacha Boulevard, east of the 125 freeway near Gillespie Drive in the community of Spring Valley, an unincorporated area of San Diego County. The project will consist of a traffic signal installation at the westerly driveway to the site and a raised center island median on Jamacha Boulevard along the property frontage. Construction is expected to be completed in a two-year time frame.
