City of Vista Traffic Engineering On-Call
Over the past ten plus years, Monique Chen has assisted the City of Vista in a variety of traffic engineering assessments.
Assignments have included traffic impact analyses of new development proposals, roadway speed studies, parking assessments, roadway operational and circulation studies. Freeway assessments of SR-78 and impacts to the various interchange ramps have often been a focus of the required analyses. Through this work, we became extremely familiar with North San Diego County and we continue to provide and communicate our expertise with the City as a trusted and reliable resource.
