CR Associates was responsible for preparing the Transportation Impact Analysis for the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal Redevelopment Plan. The purpose of the Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) was to identify and document potential impacts related to the proposed project, as well as to recommend mitigation measures, as necessary, for any identified transportation-related impacts associated with the proposed project. The proposed Redevelopment Plan includes a series of infrastructure investments and other various operational improvements that may be undertaken over the short- and long-term to accommodate the need to increase the terminal’s capabilities and capacity.
