Cisterra 7th and Market

CR Associates prepared the Traffic Impact Study for the proposed Cisterra 7th & Market development. The proposed project will develop an existing parking lot into a high rise mixed-use development consisting of approximately 142,000 square feet of office uses, a 38,000 square-foot Whole Foods gourmet grocery and market, a 153-room Ritz Carlton hotel with meeting spaces, restaurants, and outdoor event decks, 59 Ritz Carlton branded condominium units, 125 market-rate apartments, 34 affordable housing units, 6,000 square feet of public open space, 226 public parking spaces, and 665 below-grade parking spaces. CR Associates identified and documented any near‐term significant traffic impacts to the study area intersections related to the development of the project area, as well as recommend mitigation measures for identified traffic impacts, as appropriate.
