CR Associates served as a sub-consultant to the City of San Diego Pure Water Program North City Transportation Approach. Based on input from Dudek, CR Associates was able to develop a vehicular trip generation during the peak construction period for each of the proposed staging areas along potentially three pipelines between NCWRP/NCAWPF to Miramar Reservoir; between NCWRP/NCAWPF to San Vicente Reservoir; and between NCWRP/NCAWPF to the proposed Morena Pump Station. In addition, a temporary Traffic Impact Analysis associated Construction and Operational Traffic Impact Analysis associated with the NCAWPF was also conducted.
