County of San Diego Property Specific Requests (PSR) General Plan Amendment (GPA)

CR Associates is currently evaluating the potential traffic-related impacts associated with 44 specific land-use zoning changes for individual properties throughout the County of San Diego.   As part of this GPA effort, CR Associates is helping the County of San Diego invalidating the SANDAG Series 12 Transportation Forecast Model to better replicate the future conditions envisioned by the County’s General Plan.  Key staff at CR Associates assisted the County with its General Plan Update (adopted in 2012) by performing similar tasks county-wide.  This project will inform the capacity adequacy of the mobility element and recommend reclassifications, as necessary.
