CR Associates is currently working on the County of San Diego Transportation Impact Fee (TIF) program update.  CR Associates is responsible for identifying and costing the roadway improvements that will be included in the TIF program.  Key staff at CR Associates also worked on the two previous TIF program updates in 2008 and 2012 and was involved in the development of the TIF program in 2005.  The County TIF program has successfully been in place since its adoption in 2005.
