CR Associates is currently working with the City of Encinitas to identify parking needs in Cardiff, Downtown Encinitas, and Leucadia. CR Associates will conduct a series of data collection in the summer and winter months of 2016. Our data will include parking occupancy counts, parking turnover data, questionnaires, interviews, and public workshops. Based on the data collection, CR Associates will make further recommendations to help alleviate the parking deficiencies identified in each neighborhood.
