CR Associates prepared the Mobility Element in the Mission Valley Community Plan Update. This report provided an analysis of the existing physical and operational conditions related to the mobility system within the Mission Valley community. The Mission Valley mobility system consists of pedestrian and bicycle facilities, transit routes and stops (bus and light-rail), and roadways. Each mode of transportation is addressed throughout the report, in addition to the methodologies used to analyze each mode.
