CR Associates served as a sub-consultant to the Unified Port District of San Diego. We prepared a Transportation Impact Analysis for the Portside Pier Project, located in North Harbor Drive in Downtown San Diego. The proposed project involves the demolition of the existing restaurant uses, including the over-water platform/deck and piles and outdoor deck area. The project site will be redeveloped as a 33,577 square foot, two-story restaurant, with an over-the-water platform/deck and piles. An existing conditions report was performed, as well as traffic conditions for the near-term traffic conditions associated with the project’s opening year.
