CR Associates is currently working with the City of Santa Paula as the lead consultant to update the General Plan Circulation Element. The Mobility Element serves to identify the City of Santa Paula’s future vision and implementation plan for transportation for the next 20 to 30 years. The Existing Conditions Report summarizes the existing transportation network and its operational conditions for pedestrians, bicycles, public transit, and roadways within Santa Paula. The report also provides an overview of the analysis methodologies utilized and identifies current mobility-related opportunities and challenges.
